Subsidized Backup Care: Utilize up to 10 visits per year when life throws unexpected daycare challenges your way.

In-Center Care: For just $15 per day per child (with a maximum of $25 per family, no matter how many children you have), you can access top-notch in-center care.

At-Home Care: Need care at home? It’s available for just $6 per hour.

• Priority Access: Get to the front of the line with waitlist priority for full-time childcare at Bright Horizons Centers. Plus, they’re waiving the registration fees for Lucid employees.

Carrot Fertility and Family Forming

Lucid has partnered with Carrot to offer you and your spouse or domestic partner fertility and family forming benefits. There is no cost to access Carrot. Here’s what you can expect when you sign up:

• Carrot is all about ensuring everyone has access to top-notch fertility care—regardless of your age, race, income, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, or location.
• Education, virtual chats with doctors and experts, a library full of helpful resources, special discounts, and fast-track appointments at clinics. You’ll even have a dedicated care team to guide you every step of the way.
• Lucid will reimburse you up to $10,000 (lifetime benefit) for eligible services. Some reimbursements may be on an after-tax basis.
• You can use this benefit for things like fertility preservation (freezing eggs and sperm), IVF, services for donors and carriers, adoption, and pregnancy.

The commuter benefits program allows employees who commute to and from work to set aside pre-tax funds to pay for work-related transit and parking expenses. Eligible expenses for the commuter benefit include transit passes, fare cards, ticket books, and vanpool expenses.

You may deduct pre-tax money from your paycheck to pay for work commute-related expenses which can help reduce your taxable income. The funds roll over from month to month, unless you no longer work for Lucid. 

You can place orders for only those months you wish to contribute to your account. You can choose the amount you wish to contribute each month, up to the allowable limits. You may change your contribution amount from month to month. You are able to be reimbursed up to the amount available in your account. To get started, log into www.naviabenefits.com and register. Business Travel Accident

• The Travel Guard plan offers travel accident benefits for Lucid employees on business trips.
• Eligible spouses and dependent children traveling with an employee on business are covered too.
